It’s designed to meet learners' needs for quick, accessible information and fits seamlessly into busy schedules, allowing for on-demand learning that reinforces key concepts. By breaking down complex topics into bite-sized modules, microlearning enhances engagement, supports better retention, and fosters continuous learning. This approach is particularly effective for skills reinforcement, just-in-time learning, and addressing specific knowledge gaps, making it a versatile tool in modern instructional design.
